Garrett Neal, a 30-year-old male of African American ethnicity from Longview, Texas, tragically passed away on January 28, 2015. He was born on April 25, 1984, in Henderson, Texas, to Monnie Earl Neal and Shirley Simon Neal. Garrett relocated to Longview, Texas, to pursue his career as a truck driver. He was well-loved by his family and friends, and his funeral was held at Mt. Hebron Missionary Baptist Church in Henderson.
