Tracy Odell Holmes, a 46-year-old man from Ames, Texas, tragically died on February 11, 2015. Holmes was found lying in the intersection of Baker Circle and Kellum Street in Ames, Texas, having suffered a gunshot wound to the head. The incident was initially reported as a disturbance between two men, but it quickly escalated when one of the men, later identified as Brandon Lee Jenkins, shot Holmes.
