Jose Mendoza, a 37-year-old Hispanic male, was tragically killed on February 20, 2015, in Corpus Christi, Texas. Known by his stage name "Flatline," Mendoza was a local rapper and avid fisherman. His body was discovered with multiple gunshot wounds at the Cos-Way Bait & Tackle on Padre Island. Despite efforts by emergency medical staff to save him, Mendoza succumbed to his injuries.
