Angelina Ruiz, a 47-year-old woman from San Antonio, Texas, tragically lost her life on March 12, 2015. She was fatally shot in the head outside her home on the East Side of San Antonio. The incident occurred when she and her husband went outside their house, and gunfire erupted. Angelina was hit on the left side of her forehead and was pronounced dead at San Antonio Military Medical Center.
