Kiara Jackson, a 22-year-old woman from Houston, Texas, tragically lost her life on March 20, 2015. She was fatally shot along with her boyfriend, 23-year-old Demarquise Edwards, and their friend, 20-year-old Terrell Paynes, during a home invasion in a Greenspoint-area apartment. The incident was part of a drug-related robbery, where the perpetrators, including Brodrick Bell and Celvin Wayne Brooks, broke into the apartment to steal drugs and money.
