On July 6, 2010, Exiquio Martinez, age 43, was shot and killed in Kansas City, Missouri, in a tragic incident that remains unsolved. The homicide took place in the area of 25th Street and Myrtle Avenue. Martinez and another individual were standing near Martinez's truck when they were approached by three men.
