Anastacio Moncloa, an 83-year-old Hispanic male, was found dead on April 15, 2015, in his home in San Elizario, Texas. The El Paso County Sheriff's Office declared the deaths of Anastacio Moncloa and his 73-year-old wife, Maria Gallardo De Moncloa, as a murder-suicide. The bodies were discovered in the 1300 block of Tango Drive by family members who were alerted by neighbors after hearing gunshots from inside the home.
