Francisco Chavez, a 56-year-old man from San Elizario, Texas, tragically died on July 15, 2021, after being found with gunshot wounds outside his home. The incident occurred in the 1200 block of Las Pampas Road near Chicken Ranch Road. Chavez was discovered unresponsive by law enforcement officers who were responding to a report of shots fired.
