Eva Ballinas, a 50-year-old Hispanic woman, was tragically shot and killed on April 17, 2015, in her home in Houston, Texas. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning, around 2 a.m., in the 3100 block of Tidewater Drive near Ambrose. Eva and her husband, Oscar Ballinas, 55, were found dead in their bed, having been shot by their son, Kenneth Ballinas, who was 26 years old at the time.
