Israel Tovar Puga, a 45-year-old male of Hispanic ethnicity, tragically passed away on May 3, 2015, in Dallas, Texas. He was a hardworking individual known for his sense of humor and love for dancing and the Dallas Cowboys. Puga was also a loving father and grandfather who always gave to others, even when he had very little.
