On May 3, 2015, Charles "Chuck" Harris, a 20-year-old male, was playing basketball in an Arlington, Texas park when an individual approached and asked to join the game. Shortly after, an altercation ensued, leading to Harris being fatally shot. Emergency services were called, but Harris succumbed to his injuries at the scene.
