On the night of July 3, 2015, Ladontia Jones, a 19-year-old male from Rosenberg, Texas, tragically lost his life. He was found in the parking lot of 5200 Avenue I in Rosenberg with two gunshot wounds. Despite being rushed to Oak Bend Hospital, he succumbed to his injuries later that night. The Rosenberg Police Department determined that the shooting occurred in the 1600 block of Village Court Lane.
