Rachel Lynn Mt. Joy, a 44-year-old woman from Conroe, Texas, tragically passed away on September 23, 2015. Rachel was born on October 2, 1970, in Latrobe, Pennsylvania. She graduated from Lone Star College with Summa Cum Laude honors and worked in retail sales at the Texan Harley-Davidson dealership in Conroe, Texas.
