Brandon Lee Russell, a 24-year-old male of unspecified ethnicity, tragically died on September 30, 2015, in Odessa, Texas. He was employed by West Texas Auto Recovery and was attempting to repossess a car at Acacia Park Apartments when he was fatally shot.
