Man found stabbed to death on sidewalk below I-610 overpass In the early morning hours of Saturday, March 6, 2010, a person walking down St. Bernard Avenue in New Orleans made a grim discovery. Beneath the I-610 overpass, in the St. Bernard neighborhood, lay the body of Moises Betancourt Montoya. Authorities who responded to the scene determined that the 36-year-old Hispanic/Latino male had been the victim of a violent attack.
