Kade McIntire Johnson, a 6-year-old boy from Midlothian, Texas, tragically died on November 14, 2015, in Tennessee Colony, Texas. Kade was born on July 4, 2009, in Boston, Massachusetts, and moved to Midlothian with his mother as an infant.
