Carl Ingram, a 37-year-old father of six, was shot and killed on September 25, 2016, in the parking lot of the Carousel Mall in San Bernardino, California. The incident occurred during a "cruise night" event, where many vehicles and individuals were present. After the shooting, numerous vehicles quickly left the scene, and despite the crowd, no arrests have been made, and the motive remains unclear.
