Phinny Paul Norton, a 60-year-old man from Uvalde, Texas, tragically lost his life on February 6, 2016. Norton, along with his brother Arthur Jerome Norton, 58, and their neighbor Jennifer Diane Jacques, 42, were victims of a horrific triple murder-suicide. The perpetrator, 19-year-old Dylan Westerburg, also took his own life after committing the murders.
