Arthur Jerome Norton, a 58-year-old man from Uvalde, Texas, tragically lost his life on February 6, 2016, in a horrific triple murder-suicide. The incident occurred at a home southeast of Uvalde, where 19-year-old Dylan Westerburg shot and killed his mother, Jennifer Diane Jacques, 42, before proceeding to fatally wound Arthur Norton and his brother, Phinny Paul Norton, 60. After committing these murders, Westerburg took his own life.
