Dannie Glan Neal Jr., a 27-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on February 29, 2016, in Fort Worth, Texas. The incident occurred during what police described as a possible road rage incident. Neal was driving from Arlington to Everman when he noticed he was being followed.
