Officer Steven Michael Franco, aged 38, passed away on April 19, 2016, in San Antonio, Texas. He was a well-rounded, multi-talented, loving family man and a friend to many. Steven was very patriotic and loved his ten-year service as a police officer and eighteen years as an Army Reservist. He was great at barbecuing, being with his family, and enjoyed playing games with his kids.
