Donovan Rae Arzola, a 23-year-old Hispanic male, tragically lost his life on November 11, 2014, in San Antonio, Texas. He was fatally shot on a VIA bus near downtown San Antonio. The incident occurred when a gunman approached several passengers, attempted to start a confrontation, and then opened fire on Arzola. The suspect fled the scene with a female companion wearing a pink hoodie.
