Steven Dolan was found in the garage with a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head and was pronounced dead at the hospital.

Brenda Dolan's adult son, Benjamin Rychetsky, was present during the incident and was found holding his mother in his arms when the police arrived. Emily Rychetsky, Brenda's older daughter, was hiding behind a boat and called 911 during the shooting, pleading for help.
