Atrayu Ramal Davis, a 28-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on July 17, 2016, in Killeen, Texas. The incident occurred during a violent altercation that resulted in a double homicide. On that fateful day, Killeen police responded to a 911 call reporting a shooting at the Eastlake Shopping Center parking lot.
