Quincy Tyrell Williams, a 21-year-old male of African American ethnicity from Longview, Texas, tragically passed away on July 26, 2016. His death was part of a double homicide that also claimed the life of Joseph Acles, another resident of Longview. The two men were killed in a shooting incident, which led to a significant outpouring of grief and community support, including a candlelight vigil held in their honor.
