Eliyanis Ricardo Verdecia, a 29-year-old woman of Hispanic ethnicity, tragically lost her life on August 19, 2016, in San Antonio, Texas. She was the victim of a murder-suicide committed by her boyfriend, Jenny Fernandez Cabrera, who was 39 years old. The incident occurred at the Nest apartments on Jones Maltsberger Road, where both bodies were found with gunshot wounds to the head.
