Ashley Rodriguez, a 28-year-old woman from Richmond, Texas, tragically lost her life on October 11, 2016, during a home invasion. The incident occurred around 10 p.m. in the 500 block of Center Street. Ashley and a friend were inside the home when two armed men entered and demanded money. When Ashley refused, the suspects opened fire, hitting her multiple times. Despite being rushed to Memorial Hermann-The Texas Medical Center, Ashley succumbed to her injuries.
