Julius Calvin Allen, a 25-year-old male from Houston, Texas, tragically lost his life on October 19, 2016. He was fatally shot at an apartment complex located in the 3700 block of Southlawn Street in Houston. Paramedics pronounced him deceased at the scene due to multiple gunshot wounds.
