Philip Michael Evans, a 25-year-old Caucasian male, was tragically killed on October 23, 2016, in Fort Worth, Texas. Evans was hosting a Halloween party at his home with his best friend, Daniel Haros, when the incident occurred. The two were standing in the front yard of their home talking to their neighbor, Cary Heath, who had attended the party earlier.
