Julio Garcia, a 55-year-old Hispanic man, tragically lost his life on November 30, 2016, at the Hurricane Creek Country Club in Anna, Texas. The incident occurred around 9:40 a.m. when Garcia was shot during an argument with John Robert Sim, a 20-year-old coworker who also worked at the golf course. The argument escalated, leading Sim to fire the shot that killed Garcia. Garcia was immediately transported to a nearby hospital, but he was pronounced dead upon arrival.
