Rogelio Mulato Colorado, a 45-year-old Hispanic male, tragically lost his life on December 21, 2016, in Dallas, Texas. He was found shot and lying on the side of the road in the 3200 block of Mountain Creek Parkway. Despite efforts to save him, Rogelio succumbed to his injuries later that day.
