Trevon Joseph Quick, a 20-year-old man from Dallas, Texas, was fatally shot on October 1, 2021, outside the Lavera at Lake Highlands Apartments. When police arrived at the scene, they found Trevon lying in the parking lot with a gunshot wound. He was quickly transported to a nearby hospital, but unfortunately, he was pronounced dead upon arrival. The motive behind the shooting remains unknown, and the investigation is ongoing.
