Donte Javon Samuels, a 22-year-old male resident of Killeen, Texas, tragically passed away on December 22, 2016. He was born on July 6, 1994, in Wood River, Illinois. Samuels was found deceased in the front yard of a home located in the 300 block of South 56th Street in Killeen.
