Vicki Flanery, a 63-year-old retired teacher from Houston, TX, tragically passed away on December 30, 2016. She was found dead in her home along with her 96-year-old father, Charles Morton Acker, and her husband, David Flanery. The incident was determined to be a murder-suicide.
