Clarence L. Williams, an 18-year-old, was killed on September 28, 2011, in Kansas City, Missouri, in what was reported as a double homicide. The incident occurred at 26th and Prospect Avenue, where police responded to reports of gunshots at around 5:23 p.m. Williams, along with another victim, Candielario Benton (aged 27), was found shot.
