Carman Kima Latchie, a 40-year-old resident of Killeen, Texas, tragically passed away on December 30, 2016. The circumstances surrounding his death were the result of a shooting incident that occurred on December 29, 2016, at the intersection of Parmer Avenue and 22nd Street in Killeen. Latchie was identified as the victim of this shooting by the Killeen Police Department.
