Tujuan McIntosh, a 35-year-old man from Fort Worth, Texas, tragically died on January 21, 2017, after being shot multiple times inside a bar. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning in the 4500 block of Miller Avenue, near U.S. Highway 287. McIntosh was found by police and taken to a hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries just after 7:30 a.m. The Tarrant County medical examiner's office confirmed his death.
