Ibeth Lopez, a 26-year-old woman of Hispanic ethnicity, tragically lost her life on February 15, 2017, in Del Valle, Texas. She was abducted from a hair salon in Bastrop by her ex-boyfriend, Charles Werchan, who was also 26 years old.
