Rosa Garcia, a 37-year-old woman of Hispanic ethnicity, tragically lost her life on March 26, 2017, in Fort Worth, Texas. She was fatally shot in front of her husband and 15-year-old son at the Somerset apartment complex while attempting to purchase a used video game system for her children through the resale site 'Offer Up'.
