Rogelio Manuel "Roy" Ornelas, a 22-year-old Hispanic male from Texas City, TX, tragically died on March 26, 2017, which was also his birthday. His body was discovered in Lake Jackson, Brazoria County, after he was reported missing. The investigation into his death led to the arrest of two suspects, Joseph John Farek and Allen Ray Taylor II, both 21 years old at the time. They were charged with murder and taken into custody in Santa Fe, Texas.
