Daniel Pacheco, an 18-year-old Hispanic male, was tragically shot and killed on April 1, 2017, at a house party in Mesquite, Texas. The party, which was supposed to be a small gathering, quickly grew out of control as word spread on social media, attracting over 100 teenagers.
