Phillip Molis, a 23-year-old male of Hispanic ethnicity, tragically lost his life on April 9, 2017, in Galveston, Texas. He was working as an unarmed security guard at the San Luis Resort when he encountered three men involved in suspicious activity in the resort's parking lot. As he approached them, the men turned and fired multiple shots, hitting Phillip multiple times. He was rushed to the University of Texas Medical Branch for emergency surgery but succumbed to his injuries a week later. ...
