Ernest Trevino Sr., a 31-year-old man from Brenham, Texas, tragically lost his life on April 10, 2017. He was fatally shot in the chest at his home in the 6400 block of Hummingbird Lane in eastern Washington County. Emergency services were called to the scene just before 11:00 p.m., and despite their efforts, Trevino was pronounced dead at Scott and White Hospital in Brenham.
