Tsvetomir Neshkov, a 27-year-old man from Euless, Texas, tragically lost his life on April 19, 2017. Neshkov, who was known for his generosity and compassion, was fatally shot at his home in the 700 block of Henslee Drive. The incident occurred during an altercation with two individuals, Jay Aaron Balch and Christian Angel Escobedo, who were later identified as suspects in the case.
The suspects, Balch and Escobedo, were accused of not only killing Neshkov but also engaging in a crime spree hours after the murder. They allegedly committed a robbery, attempted to cash a forged check, and broke into a vehicle before being arrested by Bedford police. The Euless police issued a capital murder warrant for the suspects, linking them to Neshkov's death.
Neshkov was taken to Baylor Scott & White Medical Center in Grapevine and then to Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas, where he succumbed to his injuries during surgery. The suspects were eventually apprehended and faced charges related to the murder and subsequent crimes.
