Tsvetomir Neshkov, a 27-year-old man from Euless, Texas, tragically lost his life on April 19, 2017. Neshkov, who was known for his generosity and compassion, was fatally shot at his home in the 700 block of Henslee Drive. The incident occurred during an altercation with two individuals, Jay Aaron Balch and Christian Angel Escobedo, who were later identified as suspects in the case.
