Death by Force

Sandra Durbin, a 54-year-old woman from Lasara, Texas, tragically died on May 8, 2017. She was found dead at her home in Lasara, an unincorporated community north of Monte Alto and west of Raymondville. The Willacy County Sheriff’s Office was notified of the deaths and contacted the Texas Rangers to handle the case. Investigators treated the incident as a double homicide, as Sandra's husband, Donald Harry Durbin, 55, was also found dead at the scene.
