On May 10, 2017, 20-year-old Jose Avidan Martinez, a Hispanic male from Pflugerville, TX, was fatally shot in the parking lot of the 1825 Place Apartments. He was starting a new construction job that morning when he was killed. Martinez was taken to St. David’s Round Rock Medical Center, where he succumbed to his injuries.
