Hakim Fahim, a 26-year-old Black male, was found deceased on May 13, 2017, in Dallas, Texas. His body was discovered on the second-floor breezeway of an apartment complex, where he had succumbed to a gunshot wound. The incident occurred just before 4 a.m., and the Dallas Police Department was called to the scene to investigate the homicide.
