Summer Perez, a 25-year-old woman from San Antonio, Texas, tragically lost her life on May 27, 2017. She was shot and killed while putting her 18-month-old daughter into a car seat at a Citgo gas station on Goliad Road. A white Ford Expedition pulled up next to her vehicle, and someone inside the SUV opened fire, hitting Summer in the stomach. Despite being rushed to the hospital, she succumbed to her injuries.
