William Hines, a 22-year-old African American male from Freeport, Illinois, tragically lost his life on July 30, 2015. Born on July 17, 1993, in Rockford, Illinois, William was a beloved son, father, and friend. He was known for his passion for sports, having participated in basketball, football, and track during his high school years at Freeport High School.
