William Hines, a 22-year-old African American male from Freeport, Illinois, tragically lost his life on July 30, 2015. Born on July 17, 1993, in Rockford, Illinois, William was a beloved son, father, and friend. He was known for his passion for sports, having participated in basketball, football, and track during his high school years at Freeport High School. William was also a devoted father to his two young sons, William Jayce Hines and Kayden Lee Hines.
