John Wesley Seth Jr., an 80-year-old African American Vietnam veteran, was tragically shot and killed in his driveway in Killeen, Texas, on May 30, 2017. Seth's death was the result of a long-standing feud with his neighbor, 86-year-old Santiago Vasquez. According to witness accounts, Vasquez was yelling at Seth, hit him with a cane, and pushed him to the ground before shooting him three times.
